The program is broken down into two parts:
- Weeks 1 – 6 which are a collection of 6 different workouts per week including rest day suggestions
- Weeks 6 – 12 which are a mirror of the first 6 weeks to measure progress and add intensity to sessions
The program requires you to record facets from each workout in the initial 6 weeks to ensure you can look back and improve and progress during the final 6 weeks of the program.
